Korea Ready Guide was created by Aidan Lee, a Korean entrepreneur with a long background in entertainment, international talent management, global promotion, and export business.
Aidan has spent much of his career connecting Korea with people from around the world. Long before Korea became one of the most popular travel and culture destinations, he was already working with international partners, artists, models, and business professionals across different countries.
This page introduces the person behind Korea Ready Guide — not only as a writer, but as someone who has worked directly at the intersection of Korean culture, global business, and international relationships.
Early Career in the Korean Entertainment Industry

In 2007, Aidan founded a model agency in Seoul, South Korea.
At that time, many Korean models were mainly active in domestic broadcasting, events, fashion shows, and promotional work. Aidan worked to expand their opportunities beyond Korea by managing overseas promotions and international activities in countries such as China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Through this work, he helped Korean models and talents connect with international markets, brands, and promotional opportunities. His early career was built around one clear idea: Korean talent, culture, and professionalism could reach far beyond Korea.
This experience gave Aidan a practical understanding of how Korea is seen from outside the country — not only as a travel destination, but also as a place of creativity, business potential, and cultural value.
FMG KOREA and International Artist Management

In 2013, Aidan co-founded FMG KOREA, an entertainment management company based in South Korea.
FMG KOREA was established to support international artists working in Korea. The company has managed and supported artists from more than 50 countries, helping them take part in Korean entertainment, broadcasting, performance, promotional, and media-related activities.
This work required more than simple management. It involved communication across cultures, understanding the Korean media and entertainment system, and helping international talents adjust to professional opportunities in Korea.
FMG KOREA continues to operate today, and this part of Aidan’s career remains an important part of his identity. It reflects his long-standing interest in helping people from around the world connect with Korea in a practical and meaningful way.
From Entertainment to Global Trade
Since 2022, Aidan has also been active in international trade.
After years of working with people, talent, and cultural projects, he expanded his work into exporting high-quality Korean products to overseas markets. Through this business, Aidan has continued to build international relationships with buyers, distributors, and business partners interested in Korean products and manufacturing.
This transition from entertainment to trade may seem different on the surface, but the core idea is the same: connecting Korea with the world.
Whether through artists, cultural exchange, business partnerships, or Korean products, Aidan’s work has always focused on building bridges between Korea and international communities.
Why Korea Ready Guide Was Created
Korea Ready Guide was created for travelers, visitors, digital nomads, students, and business-minded people who want to understand Korea in a more practical way.
Many people around the world are interested in Korea because of K-pop, K-dramas, beauty, food, travel, technology, and culture. But when they actually prepare to visit Korea, they often need clear information about transportation, payments, accommodation, travel insurance, mobile internet, local customs, and everyday systems.
Korea Ready Guide was built to help with exactly that.
The goal is to provide useful, honest, and easy-to-understand information for people preparing to visit or connect with South Korea.
Aidan’s Personal Approach
Aidan has always enjoyed meeting people from different countries, building friendships, and creating opportunities through international networks.
He believes Korea becomes more meaningful when people do not only “visit” it, but also understand it, experience it, and build real connections with people here.
Korea Ready Guide is part of that mission.
It is not just a travel information website. It is also a small bridge for people who are curious about Korea, interested in Korean culture, or looking for future business opportunities with Korean partners.
Open to Global Connections
Aidan is open to hearing from people around the world who are interested in Korea, Korean culture, travel, business, or international cooperation.
Whether you are a traveler preparing for your first trip to Korea, a content creator, a business professional, a brand, or someone who simply wants to learn more about Korea, you are welcome to reach out.
